The amount of maximum annual private contributions eligible for state matching money is three thousand one hundred dollars. The maximum annual state match available for each beneficiary is seven hundred seventy-five dollars. The amount of the state match is based on the amount of private contributions, and does not take into account any return on the investment of the private contributions. This maximum may be changed at the discretion of the governing board.
