Adoption of the model rules of procedure.
Except as they may be inconsistent with the rules of this chapter, the board adopts the model rules of procedure as set forth in chapter
10-08 WAC, et seq. Where the rules of this chapter conflict with chapter
10-08 WAC, the rules of this chapter shall govern.
