Notification of amateur mixed martial arts events.

Amateur mixed martial arts sanctioning organizations must notify the department in writing fourteen days prior to an event with the following information:

• Name of licensed promoter;

• Date and time of event;

• Location of event;

• Name of representative in charge of the event.
