Qualifications of applicant for cemetery prearrangement sales license.
To qualify as an applicant for a prearrangement sales license as set forth in RCW
68.05.155 and
68.46.150, applicant must hold a valid and unsuspended certificate of authority to operate a cemetery issued by the state funeral and cemetery board.
