The following sections of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) pertaining to limited access facilities as now or hereafter amended are hereby adopted by reference as a part of this chapter in all respects as though such sections were set forth herein in full: RCW 47.52.010, 47.52.011, 47.52.040, 47.52.110, and 47.52.120.
