Depositions and interrogatories in contested cases—Interrogation.
Where the interrogatories are forwarded to an officer authorized to administer oaths the officer taking the same after duly swearing the deponent, shall read to him seriatim, one interrogatory at a time and cause the same and the answer thereto to be recorded before the succeeding interrogatory is asked. No one except the deponent, the officer and the court reporter or stenographer recording and transcribing it shall be present during the interrogation.
