Manufacturing site inspections.

(1) The department will inspect all manufacturing or processing locations:

(a) Before they are placed in operation or service; and

(b) Prior to licensing.

(2) The department will schedule inspections:

(a) Once a complete application is received;

(b) At the earliest available and mutually agreeable date.
