Prohibit explosives items from sale or display in these areas.

Explosives, improvised devices, or blasting agents cannot be sold, displayed, or exposed for sale on any:

(1) Highway;

(2) Street;

(3) Sidewalk;

(4) Public way; or

(5) Public place.
