Providers using any of the electronic transfer options provided by the department must send the department or self-insurer the required supporting documentation within thirty calendar days of the date billing information was sent to the department on electronic medium. Providers must comply with the electronic billing instructions supplied by the department regarding the submission of hospital bill documentation.
