Purpose.

The purpose of WAC 284-13-500 through 284-13-590 is to set forth rules and procedural requirements which the commissioner deems necessary to carry out the provisions of RCW 48.12.400 through 48.12.499. The actions and information required by WAC 284-13-500 through 284-13-590 are hereby declared to be necessary and appropriate in the public interest and for the protection of the ceding insurers in this state.
