Public Water System Coordination Act and satellite management.

(1) A purveyor of a new or expanding Group B system shall comply with the applicable coordinated water system plan created under chapter 246-293 WAC and 70A.100 RCW if located within the boundaries of a critical water supply service area.

(2) The department or health officer shall approve a new or expanding Group B system consistent with requirements under WAC 246-293-190 and RCW 70A.100.060(3).

(3) A new Group B system must comply with SMA requirements under RCW 70A.125.060.
