Multiple bingo licensees sharing a facility may use a single cash register if the licensees maintain a log of, at least, the following:

(1) Name of the organization using the register; and

(2) Date; and

(3) Beginning and ending transaction numbers; and

(4) Beginning and ending time; and

(5) Name and signature of the cashier at the end of use.
