Closed areas—Troll line gear.

(1) It shall be unlawful to take fish for or possess salmon, for commercial purposes, with troll line gear within a 3 nautical mile radius of the following river mouths during the times specified
(a) Quillayute River - May 1 to June 15
(b) Hoh River - May 1 to September 15
(c) Queets River - May 1 to September 15.
