The SUAC shall hold its regular public meeting annually in December. Additional public meetings may be held at such times and places as the board may deem necessary. Notice of all public meetings will be issued as required by the Open Public Meetings Act, chapter 42.30 RCW.

Executive sessions may be held by the board in conjunction with all public meetings, and at such other times as the board shall deem necessary. Executive sessions shall deal only with matters authorized by RCW 42.30.110.
