The Evergreen State College must insure that information contained in student records is treated responsibly with due regard for its personal nature, and for the students', college's, and community's needs. The following guidelines implement this general policy and respond to the requirements of Public Law 93-380 (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974).
