Yakima River Basin Water Enhancement Project—Funding.

(1) The Yakima River Basin Water Enhancement Project (YRBWEP) may be provided state funding by agreement with the department, to the extent that moneys are available.

(2) Funds provided under this section for YRBWEP shall be exempt from WAC 173-170-080.
