The college reserves the right to determine that a record regarding a student is not an education record or material defined in WAC 132R-190-020. A determination that personally identifiable information was properly given to an authorized agency per WAC 132R-190-040 will be made by the college. Such written determinations may be made in consultation with any of the records officers of the college as designated in chapter 132R-175 WAC.
