Implementation of State Environmental Policy Act.
(1) It shall be the policy of Community College District No. 9 that all actions taken by the district shall comply with the provisions of chapter
43.21C RCW (State environmental policy, chapters
197-11 and
131-24 WAC, as presently enacted or hereafter amended).
