Technical advice and assistance program expansion—Interpretive guidance pending rules. (Expires July 1, 2030.)

To ensure the adoption of rules will not delay the implementation of remedial actions, the pollution liability insurance agency may implement the technical advice and assistance program expansion to include petroleum storage tank systems through interpretive guidance pending adoption of rules.
