Self-insurance reserve fund. (Effective July 1, 2025.)

There shall be, in the office of the state treasurer, a fund to be known and designated as the "self-insurance reserve fund."

NOTES:

Effective date—2023 c 110 §§ 1 and 4-13: "Sections 1 and 4 through 13 of this act take effect July 1, 2025." [ 2023 c 110 § 17.]
