Parking permits must be displayed from the rear-view mirror post or in the lower corner of the windshield with permit numbers and relevant dates visible. Vehicles with permits which are not displayed in accordance with the provisions of this section are subject to impound. Service and contractor permits are issued only for motor vehicles, not for motorcycles and mopeds.
