If a petitioner is found liable for a work zone speed safety camera system infraction with a monetary penalty after an administrative hearing, or due to a failure to respond to the notice of infraction as required by RCW 46.63.200, unless otherwise specified in the order, payment is due within 30 days of the date of the final order. If the petitioner does not pay the amount due within the time allotted, a hold will be placed on the vehicle registration.
