Statement of exemption.

The environmental and land use hearings office has reviewed its authorized activities and found them all to be exempt under the provisions of WAC 197-11-800 (11)(b). This section is adopted for compliance with the State Environmental Policy Act, chapter 43.21C RCW and WAC 197-11-904(4).
