WAC 192-01-001

The employment security department administers several distinct programs in Titles 50 and 50A RCW, and portions of Titles 49 and 50B RCW through the Washington Administrative Code. The provisions in chapters 192-04 through 192-449 WAC apply to the Employment Security Act in Title 50 RCW and other programs administered by the employment security department. The provisions in chapters 192-450 through 192-499 WAC apply to the Securing Timely Notification and Benefits for Laid-off Employees Act in Title 49 RCW. The provisions in chapters 192-500 through 192-899 WAC apply to the paid family and medical leave program in Title 50A RCW. The provisions in chapters 192-900 through 192-999 WAC apply to portions of the long-term services and supports trust program in Title 50B RCW administered under the employment security department's authority.
