Big Bend Community College bookstore operating procedures.

Big Bend Community College bookstore is operated for the support and use of students and staff of Big Bend Community College. Big Bend Community College bookstore may engage in the direct and online sale of goods and services to individuals, groups, or external agencies for fees only when those services or goods are directly and substantially related to the educational mission of the college as outlined in Big Bend Community College's business competition policy.

Return and refund policy.

(1) Defective merchandise may be returned within a reasonable time for replacement or refund at the discretion of the bookstore manager.
(2) Course materials may be returned for refund on specified dates as established and posted by the bookstore manager. The proper sales slip must be presented.
(3) Exceptions to the above are subject to the discretion of the bookstore manager.

The Big Bend Community College bookstore will not establish personal charge accounts or extend personal credit.

(1) The bookstore will supply books and supplies at the established retail rate.
(2) Complimentary copies of books will not be furnished to faculty.
(3) No discounts will be given to specific individuals.
