Children and youth behavioral health—Nonstate funding.

The office of the governor may accept private or other nonstate funding for the purposes of RCW 43.06.540 and 43.06.542; however, nothing in chapter 93, Laws of 2026 prohibits the legislature from appropriating state funds for this purpose in the future.
