Under RCW 9A.76.180, it is a felony to intimidate a public servant, including state legislators, by making threats, meaning to communicate an intent to cause bodily injury, damage property, or otherwise substantially harm their health, safety, business, financial condition, or personal relationships to influence their vote, opinion, decision or any other official action.
