This agenda is for information purposes, and the noted dates of anticipated rule-making actions are estimates. There may be additional rule-making activity not on the agenda as conditions warrant.      In addition, Governor Gregoire signed Executive Order 11-03 on December 3, 2011, directing agencies under her jurisdiction to suspend noncritical rule development and adoption activities until 2013. For those rules that were suspended the agency is reviewing them to determine when the rules should be reactivated.
