Subject of Possible Rule Making: Columbia Basin College's (college) public records officer information has changed and needs to be updated under WAC 132S-10-060.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28B.50.140.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The college has had a change in public records officer, and WAC needs to be updated to reflect that change.

Process for Developing New Rule: Normal rule making.
