Consistent with RCW 34.05.335 and WAC 1-21-060, the Washington state liquor and cannabis board is withdrawing its preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101) filed as WSR 24-21-050 on October 9, 2024, regarding the use of employee stock ownership plans as ownership structure for cannabis and liquor licensees.
