WAC 296-127-010, 296-127-140, 296-127-160, and 296-127-320, proposed by the department of labor and industries in WSR 24-06-070, appearing in issue 24-06 of the Washington State Register, which was distributed on March 20, 2024, is withdrawn by the office of the code reviser under RCW 34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the 180-day period allowed by the statute.
