Pursuant to RCW 34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:

On August 30, 2023, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Joe Kunzler, relating to the Public Disclosure Commission's denial of a petition to amend WAC 390-05-271(1) (General applications of RCW 42.17A.555). The Governor's Office denied the appeal on September 19, 2023.
