Consistent with RCW 34.05.335 and WAC 1-21-060, the Washington state liquor and cannabis board is withdrawing its preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101) filed as WSR 22-18-058 on August 31, 2022, regarding creating new rules, and amending or repealing existing rules regarding cannabis plant canopy, including WAC 314-55-075 and 314-55-010(31).
