Register to Testify
  1. Click the committee meeting in the table below for the meeting at which you wish to testify.
  2. Click the item on which you wish to testify.
  3. Click “I would like to testify in person during the hearing” or “I would like to testify remotely” to get to the registration form.

How to Testify Remotely
People observing or testifying from a remote location are subject to the same rules of decorum as people at the Capitol. You must be recognized by the Chair before speaking, and you may be required to limit your comments. There is no guarantee those who sign in will be allowed to speak or be able to speak at specific times. Please see How to Testify in Committee for more details.

How to Submit Written Testimony

  1. Choose the committee name and meeting date and time, then choose the bill for which you would like to submit written testimony.
  2. Choose “I would like to submit written testimony.” This is available up to 24 hours after the start time of the meeting.
  3. Provide your written comments and/or attachments. Your comments will be made available to legislative members and staff of the committee, and will be included in the legislative record.
