Select Legislative agencies may use remote testimony at meetings during the COVID-19 response. The committees will use Zoom Webinar for audio-video connections. Registration to testify closes at 9am the day of the meeting.

- Click the committee meeting in the table below for the meeting at which you wish to testify.
- Click the item on which you wish to testify.
- Click “I would like to testify in person during the hearing” or “I would like to testify remotely” to get to the registration form.
How to Testify Remotely
People observing or testifying from a remote location are subject to the same rules of decorum as people at the Capitol. You must be recognized by the Chair before speaking, and you may be required to limit your comments. There is no guarantee those who sign in will be allowed to speak or be able to speak at specific times. Please see How to Testify in Committee for more details.
