Washington State Patrol technology issues:

SB 5016 - Prohibiting smoking in vehicles containing children.

SB 5166 - Allowing off-road vehicles on public highways in certain areas.

SB 5130 - Prohibiting commercial motor vehicles in express lanes during peak hours.

SB 5159 - Authorizing the transfer of service credit and contributions into the Washington state patrol retirement system by members who served as commercial vehicle enforcement officers and communications officers and then became commissioned troopers in the Washington state patrol.

SB 5366 - Authorizing the use of four-wheel, all-terrain vehicles on public roadways under certain conditions.
