Disconnection of service.

An electric utility is not liable for incentive payments to a community solar company's project participants if the utility has disconnected utility service to the company due to the company's violation of a customer service agreement, such as nonpayment of the company's utility bill, or the company's violation of the interconnection agreement between the company and the utility.
