WAC 186-16-400 through 186-16-440 are hereby promulgated by the director in order to implement and give effect to the provisions of RCW 41.40.380 allowing a beneficiary of a retirement allowance to authorize deductions therefrom for payment of premiums due on any group life or disability insurance policy or plan issued for the benefit of a group comprised of public employees of the state of Washington or its political subdivisions, in accordance with rules and regulations that may be promulgated by the director.
