Purpose.

Rules and regulations hereinafter set forth are established pursuant to RCW 28A.400.303, 28A.400.306, 28A.410.010 and chapter 126, Laws of 1996, SSB 6272, for the purpose of setting forth practices and procedures relating to access and review of record check information and databases.
