What minimum skills and abilities must an alternative living provider demonstrate?

An alternative living provider must:
(1) Be able to read, understand, and provide services as outlined in the client's person-centered service plan;
(2) Be able to communicate with the client;
(3) Have the ability to electronically:
(a) Submit reimbursement claims;
(b) Complete and submit mandatory forms;
(c) Complete mandatory trainings; and
(d) Receive and respond to communications from DSHS within prescribed time frames.
