How does DDD determine your interpersonal support needs score if you are age birth through fifteen?

If you are a child age birth through fifteen, your interpersonal support needs score is the total of your acuity scores for each of the following questions in the support assessment for children:

Communicate: What support does the child need to communicate with others of same age?
Have relationships with family members: What support does the child need to make the kind of relationships with family members expected of non disabled children of the same age?
Play with others: What supports are needed for the child to develop age-level skills in playing with others?
Effectively relate to other students/peers: What support does the person need to most effectively relate to fellow students and/or peers?
Have behaviors which promote being included: What support is needed for this person to have behaviors which promote being included?
