What "related" providers are exempt from licensing?

(1) Relatives of a specified degree are exempt from the licensing requirement and may provide out-of-home respite in their home.

(2) Relatives of specified degree include parents, grandparents, brother, sister, stepparent, stepbrother, stepsister, uncle, aunt, first cousin, niece or nephew.
