Nondiscrimination—What are the nondiscrimination criteria with which a program must comply?
(1) A domestic violence intervention treatment program may not discriminate against any participant based on:
(a) Race;
(b) Ethnicity;
(c) National origin;
(d) Age;
(e) Gender or gender identity;
(f) Disability;
(g) Religion;
(h) Marital status or living arrangements;
(i) Educational attainment;
(j) Language spoken or limited language proficiency;
(k) Socio-economic status; or
(l) Sexual orientation.
(2) Program materials, publications, and audio-visual materials must be culturally aware, sensitive, and nondiscriminatory.
