Waivers and extensions of deadline. For appeals of clean energy projects consolidated pursuant to RCW 43.21B.340, the board shall issue a decision within 240 days from the date of the last filed consolidated appeal, unless waived by all parties. The board may extend the 240-day time period by up to 60 days on a motion from a party or the board upon a finding of good cause.
