Announcer.

(1) At the beginning of a contest, when the boxers and their chief seconds are in the ring, the announcer shall announce to the audience the names of the boxers, their weight, and other pertinent information.

(2) At the conclusion of a contest, the announcer shall announce the outcome of the contest.

(3) Prior to the first contest, the announcer shall announce any substitutions of boxers or changes in an event schedule.
