Ongoing cost.

Each financial recipient shall comply with the requirements set forth in RCW 88.36.050 and this chapter. It shall further monitor the use of its sewage pumpout and dump station unit and report such usage to state parks not later than thirty days after the 31st day of December for the preceding year in the format prescribed by state parks.
