Appeal rights.

Any person whose class 12 or 13 permit, trainer certification or provider certification is denied, revoked or suspended may request an adjudicative hearing under the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act (chapter 34.05 RCW). The board may conduct an adjudicative hearing itself or refer the matter to the office of administrative hearings.
