Type 1 magazines: Permanent storage facilities.

A Type 1 storage facility must be:

(1) A permanent structure such as:

(a) A building;

(b) An igloo;

(d) A tunnel; or

(e) A dugout.

(2) Bullet resistant, fire resistant, weather resistant, theft resistant, and well ventilated.
