Blaster license limits.

(1) A blaster's license documents:
(a) The classifications the blaster is authorized to perform
(b) Any limitations imposed on the licensee.
(2) The licensee cannot:
(a) Perform blasting for which they are not licensed; or
(b) Exceed the limits specified on the license.
