Wiring methods—Wiring of expandable or multiple units.

(1) Where circuits in expandable or multiple units are designed to be energized from one main panelboard, permanent-type wiring methods and materials must be used for connecting the units to each other.

(2) Commercial coaches may have individual branch circuit panelboards installed in each unit subject to the requirements of this chapter.
