(1) The definitions and prohibitions on sexual misconduct described in chapter 246-16 WAC apply to certified peer support specialists and certified peer support specialist trainees except WAC 246-16-100 (4) and (5).

(2) A certified peer support specialist and a certified peer support specialist trainee shall never engage, or attempt to engage, in the activities listed in WAC 246-16-100 (1), (2), and (3) with a former patient, former participant, or former key party.
